Our raw milk is unpasteurised and delivered fresh from local Yorkshire farms. By purchasing raw milk, you acknowledge that raw milk may carry inherent risks, including potential bacteria that may be harmful to certain individuals.
While we take every effort to ensure the quality and safety of our products, The Raw Milk Man cannot guarantee that our products will be free from naturally occurring bacteria. Consumers are advised to consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns.
Orders must be placed before Monday at 7:00 PM to guarantee delivery for the coming Wednesday.
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate delivery preferences where possible.
Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and order value. Any applicable delivery fee will be shown during checkout.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
As our products are perishable, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
